Sales Representative Manager (Voice Account)

Creatunity LLC, a rapidly growing marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a highly-motivated Phone Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in phone sales management. As a Phone Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through managing and coaching a team of phone sales representatives. In addition, you will be responsible for collaborating with the leadership team to develop sales strategies to achieve our revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of phone sales representatives
• Drive revenue growth by executing sales strategies and goals
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives to optimize performance
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
• Assist in the development of sales collateral and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of phone sales experience
• Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to meet goals
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
