The Role

As a Sales Representative, Point of Sale at Slice, you are crucial to the success of the company and one of Slice’s top strategic initiatives. Please note this is a full-time, on-site position and working hours are 16:00-00:00, Monday through Friday.

The Team

Along with your many fellow colleagues, your day-to-day will include initiating contact with pizzerias in the U.S. as potential customers by cold calling, selling, and representing Slice's values and services. You will create relationships with restaurant owners to identify their needs and interest in online ordering in order to drive sales for their business. You will work with your team along with sales leadership to develop sales strategies to increase the number of new pizzerias onboarded to Slice Online Ordering and Register POS. Your main goal will be to not only meet but also exceed your daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and we will do whatever we can to make that happen!

We’re looking for high-energy, persistent, and adaptable individuals who are willing to kick-start their career journey within the company. Our goal is to deeply understand our customers and face daily challenges with an ongoing ‘yes’ attitude!

Must haves:

  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; minimum C1 level
  • High School diploma or College Degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Tenacious & eager to learn and develop in a high-growth environment
  • A self-motivated team player willing to always find the way forward
  • Prior sales, account management, customer support/service, or dispatch experience in the US and/or international market

Nice to haves (not required but a big plus if you have!):

  • Knowledge of Spanish

Responsibilities:

 

Work with around 400 successful existing Slice partners as their partner in terms of all of our products with a specific emphasis on the Register.

  • Calling, qualifying, pitching and scheduling closing calls with the Product Specialists
  • Writing emails, texts messages to partners
  • Working closely with PS team members on our slice partners
  • Working closely with Product Specialist team
  •  Be costumer centric, success driven and making impactful work
  • Have a business ownership acumen (think like an owner) and consultative selling and client care.

The Hiring Process

Here’s what we expect the hiring process for this role to be, should all go well with your candidacy (please note, this is subject to change). This entire process is expected to take 10-14  days to complete and you’d be expected to start with a training class of ~5 fellow sales representatives on a specific date.
