USIS Sales Rotational Development Position

Equifax is a market leader in providing total information solutions to businesses and consumers. Our products and services help companies and minimize financial risk and maximize growth opportunities while enabling consumers to better protect and manage financial health.

Our US Information Services Business Unit has an elite team of business sales professionals that are seeking recent college graduates who are looking to combine their passion for sales with our leadership development program to accelerate their careers and become a top sales performer.

Key Program Elements:

The goal of the program is to provide an opportunity to develop the next generation of leaders by providing;
  • Salary starting at $60K
  • Exposure to senior leaders and mentoring opportunities throughout the program term
  • Formalized training by both Industry and company experts to learn about the various facets of sales, our solutions and how to use them to solve our customer's business problems.
  • Several challenging work assignments lasting six months each. These roles are highly visible and a great way to learn about all aspects of the customer sales lifecycle before identifying an area in which you may be interested in growing your career.
  • Numerous opportunities to develop and apply the critical skills necessary in today's corporate business environment including


At the end of the program, candidates will have the opportunity to be placed in one of many direct positions within the sales organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with an interest in marketing or sales (graduation date by December 2022)
  • Must be available for full time employment by Jan 2023
  • Assignments based in Midtown and Alpharetta, GA
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and time management skills to keep workflow consistent and stable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment; high energy, self-motivated, and able to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, teamwork and service skills
