Sales Specialist – Consulting & Analytics

Reporting to the Head of Consulting for TTEC Digital the Sales Specialist will partner and collaborate closely with our sales teams driving revenue growth and expanding the client base within our customer experience consulting and analytics practices. This will include leveraging your ability to identify opportunities understand client needs development of tailored solutions and craft compelling value propositions for our clients.
What You Will Be Doing:
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Generate new sales activity through mapping of consulting and analytics services to unmet needs of previous and prospective clients
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Nurture and follow up on warm leads to secure meetings (SQLs) for assigned sales executives and consultants
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Effectively collaborate with assigned sales executives and consultants to ensure alignment in strategy and goals to maximize opportunities and sales activity
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Successfully identify qualify and aid in closing prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIโs and monthly quota of SQLs and SALs
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Track and manage meetings and opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard internal sales processes
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Be subject matter relevant and know who to collaborate with on all solution and product offerings
What You Bring to The Role
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย 5+ years of experience with complex SaaS technology products services and solutions
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย A consulting mindset with a sales mission
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Experience working as or with CX consultants analytics consultants and/or strategy directors
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Considered a customer experience expert
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย A proven track record building sales strategies for specific pursuits.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Ability to articulate company value proposition
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย Strong knowledge of competitive vertical and industry trends
$80000 - $120000 a year
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $80000 - $120000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
