Job Description
Our manufacturing client in Winnipeg, MB is looking for a Sales Specialist for their facility.
Pay - $60 - $90K
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM software.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing products, processes, and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into customer solutions.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license (if travel to client sites is required).
