Responsibilities

  • Participate in the sales process by effectively demonstrating the features and functionality of company's InfoLink products and its services.
  • Work with retail operations, Sales Managers, Sales People, General Sales Managers (GSM), and National Account Managers to ensure market position of company accounts are maintained and enhanced.
  • Maintain direct contact with current customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals and sales presentations to ensure Company value is recognized by assigned accounts and adequate sales, service and support is accomplished.
  • Present and train the dealer and branch sales staff to be competent in the InfoLink and technology line of products.
  • Develop and perform presentations, lead sales discussions and help with all aspects of the sale process in order to regain the sale.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a geographical region for the sale and sales support efforts of company's InfoLink suite of products.
  • Consult with existing customer base to identify specific needs/wants and provide the best solution possible for customers.
  • Work closely with Infolink Business Analyst, Sales Advisors, and Management to evaluate current customer agreements, engagement, and opportunity to ensure that Sales has the necessary information to present customers with the best solution for their needs.
  • Create reports as assigned by management.
  • Review routine reports ensure they are accurate.
  • Deliver documentation as needed (Functional requirements, reporting, and presentation) to the appropriate audience.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with Infolink Coordinators, Sales Advisors, Infolink Business Analyst, Infolink Project Managers, Infolink Specialists, and Management to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders in a clear, concise, and timely fashion.
  • Provide reporting on prospecting, sales activities and known market conditions.
  • Prepare written communication necessary for follow-up with end users and retailers.
  • Provide effective feedback to management regarding improvements to processes and programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • Associate (Business or Sales)
  • Frequent travel (6-20%)
  • Frequent overnight stays (6-20%)
  • Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle to conduct company business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-year business degree or equivalent experience.
  • Capable of leading and effectively garnering retail management support to achieve company and customer objectives within a teamed environment.
  • Good communication both verbal and non-verbal, computer, organizational, interpersonal, motivational, professionalism skills.
  • Sales experience and basic IT wireless knowledge.
  • A high degree of organization and ability to follow actions and tasks through with little supervision.
  • Work as a team member and provide guidance to others.
