Sales Specialist - TELS
Job Description
Position Summary:
Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.
In the TELS Sales Specialist position, you'll grow revenue through the acquisition of new TELS Platform subscriptions across the Direct Supply customer base. Success is dependent on your ability to prospect for new business, follow-up with a sense of urgency, host impactful sales webinars, and present compelling product demonstrations.
This position works within our TELS business.

The TELS platform empowers Senior Living maintenance professionals to more easily and measurably manage the health of their buildings and residents. With unparalleled visibility into safety, maintenance and asset management, we help make maintenance professionals the hero of their buildings.

What You'll Do and Impact:
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting, qualification, management and closing of multiple simultaneous sales opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations (virtually and in person) to develop prospects and win new business. Host customers on Direct Supply campus, travel to customer locations, and attend conferences and trade shows when necessary.
- Work across internal teams in Marketing, Sales, Operations and Financial Services to identify new opportunities and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies with key channel partners to drive growth
- Utilize CRM to track opportunities and provide updates on the sales process
- Learn the building management, life safety and loss prevention environment to advise the customer on TELS platform configurations.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of successful business to business sales experience with demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 10%
- Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Additional Items of Interest:
- Sales experience within the long term care industry
- Demonstrated success selling technology products and/or services
- Demonstrated success building high level executive relationships
- Intermediate skill level working with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
