The Global Sales Strategy & Operations team is looking for an outstanding Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst to support our VP of Partnerships and drive the future growth of our business. This team leads the sales strategy, planning, operating cadence and execution support to the sales teams, leveraging data process and technology to enable the ongoing growth of Amplitude.Â
What You’ll Do
- Partner Sales planning - support the Partnerships sales mgmt team in sales planning including sales coverage, territory planning & quota setting
- Partner Sales cadence - improve and manage our Partnerships sales cadence including forecasting, pipeline reviews, process and systems hygiene and execution
- Reporting - support VP of Partnerships in drawing insights from sales analysis and reporting, helping drive performance and productivity across the Partnerships teams.
- Process & systems - partner across teams to drive improvement in sales processes and systems, enabling a better experience for our sellers and customers.

Minimum qualifications
- 3 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, partner operations, partnerships, business analyst, or financial analyst rolesÂ
- Ability to partner with executives and manage multiple stakeholders cross functionally
- Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (e.g. should know commonly-used functions such as INDEX(MATCH), VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables)
- Knowledge/experience with Salesforce.com, and other sales productivity and forecasting tools
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow through; can own and take tasks through to completion
Preferred qualifications
- Additional experience working at a high growth startup / tech company
- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado: Colorado range: $82,000 - $124,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for Amplitude in New York City: New York City salary range: $91,000 - $137,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude California: California salary range: $82,000 - $137,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state: Washington salary range: $82,000 - $124,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
