We are looking for a Sales Operations - Undergraduate Intern to join Snap Inc. in Santa Monica, CA this summer! The mission of the Sales Operations Strategy group is to maximize ads business growth and performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the Sales Leadership – through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence. 

• What you’ll do:

  • Provide analysis and recommend tactical short-term and long-term goals to amplify revenue and enhance productivity for the US Sales organization. Identify business insights both internally and leveraging external market intelligence.

Lead 1 to 2 core (summer-long) projects involving cross-functional collaboration - scope may include go-to-market strategy for a sales vertical, industry analysis, business cases, and a structured roadmap to drive successful implementation

• Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving strategic and operational initiatives in a cross-functional environment.

  • Familiarity with the media and advertising business, specifically digital and mobile 

  • Experience extracting data with SQL and utilizing data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau

  • Proficiency working with CRM systems like Salesforce

  • Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious 

  • Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment

  • A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
