What you’ll be doing:

• Regularly update the team's tracking document by coordinating via email, Teams, Telegram, or Zalo.
• Record all incoming requests and inquiries accurately.
• Understand system logic to identify and report bugs or issues.
• Test reported bugs across interfaces using personal experience to validate findings.
• Proactively investigate and determine root causes for issues based on requests.
• Share updates with team members, providing clear examples and real-case scenarios.
• Utilize ZFX Confluence to access resources and learn from other regions and departments.
• Accept individual challenges by taking on new tasks and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain service quality and a positive attitude while communicating with stakeholders.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience (experience in the Forex industry is a plus).

Skills:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
