What You'll Do:
We're looking for a versatile, tech savvy, process and detail-oriented trailblazer to further accelerate sales growth. You will be a valued contributor to SambaSafety's development and success. As Sales Support, you will assist and engage with Sales and other departments to further create efficiencies and remove friction. Your overall duty as Sales Support is to support Sales and Revenue Operations.
  • Support sellers day-to-day with support including quote creation, record and data entry & cleanliness, process adherence, tech assistance, and more.
  • Acts as point of contact for Revenue Operations support ticketing system and submissions.
  • Participate in Sales Deal Reviews to document key action items to perpetuate growth.
  • Aid and interface with various departments within the company, including Sales, Revenue Operations and Customer Success to meet the needs of the internal and external customers.
  • Troubleshoot difficulties that sellers and customer success reps run into
  • Data entry for various reporting needs
  • Ensure processes are documented to maintain consistency, transparency, and data integrity.
  • Assist with uncovering and responding to RFP's and other bidding opportunities.

What you'll need:
  • A results driven and self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with ambiguity
  • Independent problem solver: open to taking instruction, but when needed, can independently translate a goal into an actionable plan in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Competency with Salesforce.com, Client Success and/or other CRM tools are a plus.
  • Direct sales or customer success experience is a plus.
  • BS/BA preferably in business a plus
