The Sales Support Analyst will efficiently assist the Sales team and sales activities in relationship with the customers or potential customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Financial/Economics/Business or other related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication English skills
- Second relevant language as FrenchÂ
- Working experience in IT/Telecom industry
- Sales experience exposure
- Experience with Salesforce/ConnectWise
- Smart, innovative, proactive and a quick learner with organizational agility and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic team
Description of position:
- Sales Support Analyst will have to be a highly-motivated individual, self-starter, able to elaborate standard templates and provide informational support for the EMEA Sales Team.
- You will have to manage and meet the Sales team requirements as well as to take contact with multiple vendors and local partners by e-mail approach as well as outbound calls.
- Other main task of the position will be to turn customer or Sales team requests into quantified and professional business proposals.
- Possible travel to meet with customers
Your role: Â Â Â Â
- Support the Field Sales Team by:
- Helping to prepare business proposals/quotes
- Provide revenue numbers to match opportunities coming into the sales team;
- Answering customer enquiries
- Returning customer phone calls
- Looking for new sales opportunities within existing GCI customers and with new potential customers
- Interacting with other organizational departments, including Partner Management, HelpDesk, and Finance
- Provide good communication skills on phone and via e-mail.
