 About the Role 

iCapital is looking to hire a Sales Support Analyst to join the Alternative Distribution team. iCapital is looking to expand the internal sales support team to cover the 6 US regions within Private Wealth Solutions/Alternatives Distribution. This role is responsible for providing top notch customer service to financial advisors in partnership with our Client Success and Regional Alternatives Distribution sales teams. The ideal candidate will work with new and existing advisors throughout the lifecycle of the alternative investment.  This role will act as the main liaison for advisors between Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Finance, and Operations teams in support of our pre-sale, sale, and post-sales activities.  

Responsibilities 

• Act as the “go to” point of contact and problem solver for advisors regarding investment creation and servicing. 
• Develop, maintain, and support strong relationships across key advisors and firms in the region. 
• Improve skills and knowledge of alternative products and related investment process on a continuous basis.  
• Assist advisors with obtaining access to and maximizing their usage of iCapital’s platform and identification of user and platform issues. 
• Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records. 
• Search for selected advisors in the “Maintain” and “Influence” segments. Main liaison for Structured Investments referrals. 

 Qualifications 

• College degree
• Experience in investment or financial service fields
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Tableau or other business intelligence tools a plus
• Demonstrated aptitude for project management and able to prioritize and execute numerous requests, while working with numerous different functionalities 
• Strong client focus and customer service skill set with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written skills 
• Able to work on premise a minimum of 4 days a week
• Attainment of Series 7, Series 63 within 120 days of hiring date 
• Attainment of Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) within 2 years of hiring date  

 Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We offer most employees the flexibility to work in the office four days and remotely for the remainder of the week. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
