Eaton's Vehicle Division is currently seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Galesburg, MI location

The Sales Support Analyst serves as the Product and Data Information steward for VGNA Aftermarket. This includes responsibility for Data Management, Process Review and Improvement, supporting VGNA's Online Presence and Electronic Information, Field Sales Reporting, and serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Aftermarket within VGNA's Business Systems for respective Product Lines (Trans / Mobile Power / Tools & Solutions - or - Clutch / Auto). Further, this role will serve as the Product Manager for the Extended Protection Plan and Lubrication product lines.

In this function you will:

  • Manage and execute the Aftermarket new item set-up process for respective product lines, including product set-ups and product changes (obsolescence/replacements) within Oracle ERP and Product Data Hub. Role will own Mobile Power, Tools & Solutions and Auto product lines.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate accurate and timely sales and product data reporting to the Aftermarket (reports, specific analytics, program tracking/reports, product related requests, and customer feedback). Includes the monitoring, measurement, and communication of related data in various business formats (Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Manage and participate in cross-functional teams with Warranty, Engineering, Tech Service, Aftermarket Field Sales, Product Management, Aftermarket Business Development, Finance, Materials, Supply Chain, ECJV, and Operations in Product Change Committee meetings for legacy and ECJV Products to support service strategy requirements, CR/CO, SPCN, ECN, and E&O Processes.
  • Implement Aftermarket product changes (BOM, E&O, SMPL, ECN, SPCN, and other changes) within Aftermarket Business Systems and processes.
  • Communicates and trains the Aftermarket organization on key business changes or updates. Includes technology changes to systems (Oracle, InfoRanger, Order Center, C360, New Systems, and EatonPartsOnline), changes to existing processes, new processes, and sales analytics.
  • Manage EPP & Lube Product Lines or activities as assigned, includes product evaluation, profit margin review, competitive analysis, market analysis, and pricing review activities for a $5-10M Product Line. Further, role may be required to support product lines at industry events or other activities as deemed necessary.
  • Manage Aftermarket product information validation, receipt, and documentation such as New Part/Kit releases and information, L-Letter documents, product releases, product revisions, product obsolescence, New Customer Set-Ups (EOC), specifications, design documentation, and active date information.
  • Establishes playbook for role to ensure process design, product information, systems integration, and information flow is sufficient to meet the current and future needs of the organization and our customers.
  • Manage online product portfolio detail on Eaton Order Center through collaboration with aftermarket product management and/or business development team to ensure the proper customer experience, includes data validation, product listing validation, and troubleshooting field issues.
  • Manage new customer set-up execution and processes for Eaton Order Center with target of 3 days from initial receipt to customer set-up. Establish, refine, and manage all cross functional process improvements to achieve the targeted set-up timing.
  • Manage and execute electronic order transition of customers from manual orders to electronic orders (EDI and/or EOC) to achieve the targeted results and implementation timing.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Galesburg, MI


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Heavy Vehicle Products, Performance Auto Product Experience, and Mobile Power Product experience a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI Analytic software, Product Data Hub (MDM Solution)
  • Experience with Oracle R12, or equivalent ERP System
  • 2-5 years' experience in customer or product support role or function
