The Role: The Sales Support Coordinator will ensure streamlined communications and consistent documentation throughout the entire lifecycle of key strategic opportunities across employer sales, health plan sales, consulting relations, and partnerships. They will assist with the administrative workflows in support of the Deal Desk, including analyzing and monitoring information related to specific opportunities within Salesforce, Asana, and other CRM platforms as needed. Collaborates with the Director, Proposals in helping to provide opportunity owners strategic follow-up action items during the course of the sales process. Supports efforts of the sales enablement and proposals team as needed.Â
The Team: The proposal team implements and manages processes to ensure accurate, quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, vendor profile systems, and sales-related questionnaires. The team creates and maintains content for an internal knowledge base that houses data organized by the needs of each customer type, and ensures alignment across the organization. The team collaborates with sales enablement throughout the sales lifecycle to get the client to the finish line.Â
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 1+ years professional experience
Preferred Qualifications: excellent interpersonal skills, pristine organizational skills, solid writer and communicator, analytical mindset, Salesforce/CRM platform exposure, experience in a Sales environment
Compensation:Â

The expected base salary for this position will range from $67,000 - $92,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
