About our Sales Support Coordinator (Contract)

Employment Type: Project-Based Contract (1099)

Timing: 3+ months

Location: 100% remote and open to US-based candidates only

Hourly Range: $30/hour

Travel: None

Hours: Maximum 20 hours/week

Our Sales Support Coordinator (contract) plays a crucial part in the sales process by laying the groundwork for successful sales pitches and strategies. This role delivers highly targeted and accurate lead lists to enhance the work of our outbound prospecting to fill our sales pipeline with potential customers. Once a lead list is generated you will hand them over to the Business Development Representative Manager.

Your #1 job is to provide accurate and timely data entry for effective prospecting.

 In this role, you’ll get to:

• Research contact information for sales leads
• Work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads
• Record all lead details in a database
• Provides additional clerical support to the sales team as needed and time permits

 We’re looking for people who:

• Previous sales admin and/or data entry experience
• Must be independent, self-motivated and success-driven
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new information as it relates to improving process
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Great project management skills
