Sales Support Employee

Job Purpose:

NN Hellas is looking for a Sales Support Employee to join our team.

Job Description:

• Support sales offices in their everyday operational activities
• Be responsible for the communication sent to Network. 
• Participate in forming procedures and/or system applications that are related to sales force
• Administrate Agents’ Data
• Execute portfolio data processes based on certain rules/procedures

Responsibilities:

• Support operational activities of sales offices
• Participate in new procedures/applications design related to sales networks, in close cooperation with sales division and other departments
• Corporate Communication to Sales Networks (Circulars & other network communications).
• Agent Data Management during agents’ life cycle (contracts, licensing)
• Portfolio Data processes according to business rules (Portfolio transfers, orphan policies, customers’ requests for service changes)
• Participate in system integrations and applications development to adjust arising needs
• Design and build reports to support departmental analysis needs

Requirements:

• Excellent writing skills (formal communication)
• Excellent Knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of English language (oral and written communication)
• More than two years of work experience in our organization
• University degree (is a plus/nice to have)
