We’re looking for a customer focused Sales Support Executive to join our Sales Team to help our customers bring their products to market.

Your role here

Your key goal is to serve as a knowledgeable, reliable point of contact for any information required by the customer. You will have the chance to convert generated leads into new customers & business from existing customer. You will also have the ability to review contract & cost of sales inquiries, prepare & issue documents including quotations & sample and catalogue requests, and work with the Business Development Director to prepare online marketing campaigns.

Your experience and background

• One year of relevant experience in customer account management

• Confident, Strong organizational and proactive skills

• Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment

• Computer Literacy (proficient in Microsoft Excel and Sage preferred)

• Team player and great verbal & written communication skills
