Sales Support - Inside Sales Coordinator

In addition, through Diamond's site management business, we actively manage and market over 290,000 locations on behalf of third parties for wireless communications purposes. Diamond is headquartered in the United States, with offices in 17 states and Puerto Rico.

Diamond is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support our team. The successful candidate will have solid working knowledge of the wireless communications leasing and collocation process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and review customer applications for processing of new installs and modification projects.
• Review structural reports, tower inspection audits and any prior lease documents and coordinate with operations and sales team prior to any modification.
• Review customer License Agreement entitlements and advise sales team of existing entitlements.
• Manage and issue purchase order requests to customers for fees associated with the project, report and/or advised on the status to operations and sales on a weekly basis.
• Manage and upload lease agreements into DocuSign for customer signature as well as final signature.
• Review customer construction drawings for entitlement accuracy and coordinate with operations for approval.
• Act as a verbal and written liaison between customers and internal departments, including updates on application status, structural, status of license agreements and other project related milestones.

Requirements

• Solid working knowledge of wireless communications leasing and collocation process.
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Competent knowledge of Excel and other standard MS business software systems.
• Highly motivated with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to meet deadlines.
• Two plus years of wireless experience dealing with carrier customers or designated consultants.
• College Degree or commensurate experience preferred.
