Grange provides a unique internship experience through the Grange Intern Development Program. The 10-week program is designed to expose students to the insurance industry through networking, mentoring, hands-on work experience, and community service. The interns will work day-to-day in their respective departments while also working as a group on a corporate project, which concludes with a capstone presentation to senior leaders. Summary: As a Sales Support Intern, you will provide project and administrative support to our Sales team to include key initiatives, training, product launches, events, and daily activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in key department functions by providing process, systems, and reporting support to the sales team.
• Provide sales team with new agency appointment and onboarding support.
• Work in conjunction with sales strategy and sales teams to prepare various production reporting and visuals for key relationships (campaigns, contests, agent alerts, competitive intelligence, etc.).
• Create, maintain, and update sales resources and tools.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Events, and Sales in support of product launches, Go-To-Market initiatives, and campaigns.
• Work and support Sales team with process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring To The Company:

• Major in Marketing, Communication, Business, Insurance or similar field.
• Self-motivated with strong organization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Client Relationship Management tool or website experience a plus.
