We’re looking for a Telensa Trainee Intern – Sales Support to join our Telensa team in LATAM (Brazil) .

As a Telensa Trainee Intern – Sales Support you’ll be challenged to obtain sales and project management experience and provide an excellence service to our customers and partners in terms of technical and commercial support, in order to guarantee our sales through them.

What you’ll do

• Technical Sales documentation (CMS Specs sheets, datasheets, technical papers) review, update and share

• Review/response of bid documents

• Answering operational questions from existing customer

• Creation/management of customer tickets

• Training on PLANet to customers

Your qualificationsFor this vacancy, we expect an intern with a great willpower to learn, with the skills pointed out below:

• Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science student graduating after july/2025

• Advanced English

• Knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint

• Computer programming skills are a plus
