Your Role and Responsibilities
Students are employees who are hired to perform pre-professional / professional work while in college / university or just after graduation and who work for IBM as a necessary part of their academic program or who work during vacations or holiday periods or as an internship course; for example collaborations and interns.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Excel management
• Communication skills
• Teamwork
• Adaptability to change
• Good level of English
• Have the “Aval” of the University

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
The student should preferably take the last semester of the Industrial Engineering or Business Administration career.
