Job Summary
This role is responsible for creation of client and advisor experiences throughout the sales process and the overall leadership of the teams that support this process including RFP Coordinators, Sales Coordinators and Sales Enablement Manager.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Set strategic direction for RFP & Sales Coordination
- Partner with Sales Enablement Manager to set priorities and drive growth of the advisor on-site experience.
- Optimize current and future technologies to streamline distribution efforts to include Salesforce, Allego, Virtual meeting tools to support streamlined workflows and better communication for distribution team
- Develop skills and talents of direct reports on the sales coordinator team
- Manages workflows and oversee daily activities
- Responsible for RFP databases and processes
- Establishes strong and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders to include Sr leaders
- Maintain OA ways and ensure accuracy
Job Requirements
Required Education and/or Certifications
- Bachelors Degree
Required Work Experience
- 5+ years in a people leader role
- 2+ years working with Sales
- Knowledge of Retirement Services
- Experience working with RFPs
- Above average presentation skills
- Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 07A
This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, WI, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
