What we're seeking:

As a Sales Support Manager for Frontier's Consumer Sales organization, you will play a crucial role in the field support, insight development, and overall execution of the sales team. You will focus on enabling sales success and performance for the organization. You will support numerous channels and functions to ensure customer satisfaction and performance management, by removing obstacles, motivating, and providing support at various levels. In this remote role, you will be expected to collaborate with peers as required but can work anywhere in the contiguous United States.

What you'll do:

  • Demonstrate charismatic and enthusiastic leadership qualities, including the ability to generate excitement and motivation, inform and educate teams, and foster skill development in others
  • Exhibit robust project management skills and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives within a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible for generating regular insights into sales performance
  • Support the development and implementation of sales enablement tools and resources
  • Ensure sales teams have the necessary materials and information to effectively engage with clients
  • Proactively identify inefficiencies, proposing solutions to enhance overall operational effectiveness
  • Establish clear expectations and ensure employees are held accountable when those expectations are not met, maintaining a consistent and fair approach
  • Maintain familiarity with the reporting and analytics necessary to drive and support business decisions
  • Foster collaboration with other departments and support teams to attain goals and objectives
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with all sales support activities
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Frontier's product offerings and value proposition
  • Maintain a current, in-depth awareness of the marketplace, including competition, and cultivate positive and professional relationships with customers, business partners, and colleagues
  • Fulfill any other duties as requested by leadership

What we offer:

  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $155,000
  • 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year

  • 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation
  • Same-sex spouse and domestic partner benefits coverage
  • 10 weeks of paid parental leave, 3 weeks of paid caregiver leave, and up to $10k in adoption program assistance

What background you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams through analytics and insights
  • Understanding of sales processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales Support Experience - 3+ Years
  • Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Capability to travel to assigned territories and company facilities
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, maintaining a satisfactory driving record according to Company standards, and having auto insurance
  • Proficiency in completing documentation with precision
