Queue Team Lead Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a trusted relationship with members of the sales team & sales leaders.
  • Ability to execute tasks with no direction.
  • Provide support to Sales Representatives using the queue- cost calculation, leveraging of promos and add-ons, process all orders, respond to sales and support requests, questions, and problems via telephone and computer
  • Manage all detailed data relating to special pricing registrations, taking note of upcoming expiration dates, leveraging partner program add-ons based on new date thresholds, and working with the Sales Team on extensions and/or renewals or add on, or filing for historical archives.
  • Assist in training new Sales & Sales Support members as it relates to Sales Support processes and communication
  • Mentor new Sales Support hires, assist with training and onboarding, and share best practices with new team members
  • Share the most current tools, methods, and processes with the Sales and Support teams to be most efficient
  • Communicate opportunities and assist in driving process improvement for the Sales Support Queue
  • Liaise as needed with Sales Operations to produce custom reporting to support our customers
  • Handle Sales Support team escalations that arise
  • Act as back up for Sales Support team members when they are OOO
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and SOP’s for Sales Support within our systems
  • Maintain confidentiality on all sales deals (including special pricing registrations for those deals), BCI partner levels, and any strategic business plans on sensitive or high-profile deals
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all departments and offices
  • Maintain strong relationships with all vendors, including all of our Distribution partner
  • Maintain strong relationships with Sales and Sales Support counterparts across BCI Companies

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of successful sales support experience at Barcodes
  • 1 to 2 years in a mentorship capacity at Barcodes

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree desired
