What you will do as a Sales Support Representative

• Receive inbound calls and do outbound calls.
• Communicates with homeowners and/or real estate agents via phone, email, to discuss their coverage options.
• Answers questions regarding the coverage terms and conditions, benefits, and limitations of the home warranty.
• Follow up on expiring, expired policies, missed payments, and lapsed renewals.
• Assesses the needs and preferences of clients to provide customized home warranty renewal solutions.
• Assists homeowner to process new accounts/policy if there is a new property from existing customer.
• Updates documents completely and accurately.
• Meets or exceeds sales targets and objectives set by management.

What ClearSource Needs from You

• At least High School Graduate
• At least 1 year of Sales, outbound cold experience in call center setting
• Above average when it comes to English communication skills
• Expert in multitasking & must be good in handling escalation calls.
• Willing to work on site
