You Opportunity: Taylor Promo Products, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for a Sales Support Representative to join the team. In this role you will be responsible for working directly with vendors to ensure orders ship on time. Answering vendor emails as well answering incoming phone calls from vendors. You will also be handling various Customer Service duties throughout the day.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to vendor emails in a timely manner

• Working on a wide variety of vendor forms

• Process call tags

• Customer contact via phone/email to provide status updates and/or resolve concerns on orders

• Assist with order management ensuring timely delivery, tracking information and obtaining invoices for reconciliation

• Other tasks as required to meet team goals

Your Shift:

• Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time

You Must Have:

• 2+ years of related/relevant experience

• Strong attention to detail, strong communication and organizational skills, independent judgement and the ability to problem solve

We Would Also Prefer:

•  Knowledge of promotional products and shipping methods

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is around $18.00/hr. The actual base wage offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employee.
