Sales Support (SaaS - Contract 12 Months)
Job Description
Squiz is looking for a Sales Support person to support the account executive team. If you’re smart, tenacious, and ready to join a passionate and dynamic team and learn how to become an Account Management expert, then come as you are.
Our head of account management is amazing and if there was someone to learn from she would the one!!!
For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate:
- You can provide administrative or technical support at an intermediate level.
- Support all commercial related activities including, but not limited to, the preparation of proposals, presentations, tenders, contract management and other correspondence as required
- Responsible for the handling of day-to-day queries from groups including account management, sales teams and customers using quoting tools and/or CRM system (Hubspot ideally).
- Ability to liaise with people at all levels of an organisation and maintain effective relationships
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and initiative
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Desire to learn and grow
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, organise and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience with digital/web content/web solutions similar to our own - Sitecore, Optimizely etc
- Experience managing customer relationships
