About Our Team
The Sales teams focus on accelerating revenue while providing detailed insights for new and existing customers. Our customers are instructors in nursing, health, and education professionals. We work to educate our future healthcare professionals and improve healthcare outcomes.
About the Role
You will support sales representatives and channel partners in our Nursing Health Education division. You'll support In areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing.
You understand key business drivers and may train new team members and provide input to employee performance evaluations. You will use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems and explain complex information to others.
Responsibilities• Support Nursing Health Education Sales organization with various sales operations tasks.• Production and delivery of established daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting in Excel• Help with Salesforce administration tasks, sales crediting tickets, new account set up, account territories.• Help with Tableau administration and basic set ups, including user permissions & profiles. Refresh data sources and monitor automated updates of databases and ETL processes.• Support cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives. • Assist in daily support and coaching of Salesforce/Tableau users.
Requirements• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).• Display high attention to detail and desire to produce accurate, detailed and quality work.• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.• Possess excellent organizational skills to provide timely and consistent support • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems/platforms.• Intermediate level sales experience.
