Position Summary

Samsung Electronics Ukraine is looking for Sales Support Specialist in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Role and Responsibilities

Main Role Responsibilities: 

• monthly partner's bonuses calculation
• marketing promo activity evidence collection and audit
• marketing compensation calculation
• accounting and legal documents preparation
• promo application, created by business team check
• reports preparation by internal and external audit requests
• analysis and audit of customers data
• providing statistics and analysis reports by management requests

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• 3+ years of relevant experience (preferably on position of Sales Analyst, Sales Assistant, Auditor, Accountant, Cost Controller)
• English - B2, Ukrainian - native/fluent
• MS Excel proficiency, ability to work with big data (advanced formulas, pivot tables, statistical modeling, forecasting)
• Preferred industries: Consumer Electronics, FMCG, Retail
• University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance

• A ‘can do’ and positive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure, always providing the customer with more than they were expecting
• The ability to stop, review, measure and document challenges/opportunities and bring them to the attention of the relevant stakeholders for support and resolution
• Be able to cope well with change and the ambiguity which may exist while change is affected
• The ability to put the customer and their experience/journey first
