The Sales Support Specialist is a support resource for sales teams in an assigned market. This role acts as a force multiplier, catalyzing efforts of market sales teams to promote growth in the market.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists sales leadership with administrative tasks.
• Performs insurance eligibility checks.
• Ensures adequate inventory of marketing materials.
• Assists MGCs with set up of large events.
• Performs salesforce documentation audits at the direction of sales leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager's discretion.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Detail-oriented and proficient in MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook); knowledge of SalesForce preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Prior work and positive interactions with seniors is a plus
• Possess a general understanding of healthcare
• Ability and willingness to travel locally in assigned market up to 50% of the time
• Spoken and written fluency in English required, bilingual is a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

• Associate degree in Business or related field or equivalent required
• 2 years of combined professional experience (volunteer work and internships will be counted)
