About You:

• High school education or equivalent (required). Some post-secondary schooling or relevant experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience involving manufactured products.
• Strong PC skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, web navigation).
• Strong administrative and problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and energetic attitude.

Primary Objective:

To perform and coordinate assigned inside sales and customer service functions. To maintain close contact with our channel partners and end customers; providing order entry, expediting, and status support; managing quotes; account maintenance, RMAs, basic product support and working with/assisting other sales team members.
