Sales Support Specialist

Work as part of the Account Management Team to coordinate the workflow of each job and completion of related reporting as applicable.

Account Management Tasks

Provide support for the following functions:

• Job billing/Month-End billing
• Coordination and tracking of job Outsourcing processes
• Completion of purchase orders for Outsourcing
• Enter new Fulfillment orders into EPMS system
• Participate in daily Production meetings - provide job updates
• Provide timely and accurate information to Account Services
• Set up new commercial accounts including Action and AdPoint account numbers
• Set up new outside vendors billing/invoicing - provide/get applicable paperwork
• Other duties as assigned
