Sales Support Specialist 

About the Role: 

We are looking for a qualified Sales Support Specialist to join our team. You will process orders and provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Process sales orders in a timely fashion
  • Duties will include order processing/entry
  • Handle between 10 or more telephone orders a day
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience

Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • High School Diploma required
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent 10-key and typing accuracy

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is listed below. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, specific location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Regular employees may also be eligible for bonus(es), sales incentive(s) (target included in OTE) and/or stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
