Sales Support Specialist, HE (Bilingual English/Korean)
Job Description
Position Summary:
- The Sales specialist will support the department with processes, policies, systems, and data tools and prepare and review reports and dashboards to ensure that key metrics are accurate and the revenue teams have the information they need to drive the business forward.
- This role will closely work with the sales team and other internal support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all activities for regional sales team. Including customer meetings, conferences, travel, show and event planning.
- Managing/coordinating financials for events, travel, and project planning
- Forecasting expenses for large sales team
- Day to day administration for key executive level members
- Scheduling / planning national meetings
- Communicating interoffice memorandums to large sales team
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Bilingual (English/Korean) is required
- 8 years professional experience & working in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical/data skills
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to handle fast paced / challenging environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience working in / with a cross cultural office
- Positive attitude
