What You'll Do
Daily duties/responsibilities include:
  • Providing agency program analysis, reporting, approval
  • Entering new agencies in FIRST InSite (our account management system)
  • Generating proposals and customizing marketing materials in preparation for sales calls
  • Conducting Quoting, DocuSign, and various product training and demos
  • Coordinating and conducting webinars for internal and external clients
  • Assisting with the development and testing of system customizations and new products
  • Establishing/approving agency management system integrations and troubleshoots any problems agencies encounter (escalates advanced troubleshooting to IT as needed)
  • Using Salesforce, creating email campaigns
  • Researching leads and contributing to lead generation efforts
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring they have everything they need to successfully utilizes our products and services

Additionally, the Client Success Advisor may assist with:
  • Marketing strategy and execution of marketing campaigns for regional sales representatives and manager
  • Projects as assigned by the Marketing Team Leader/Manager, VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of Marketing and/or EVP of Sales and Marketing
  • Relationship development with third party sales representatives/programs/partners
  • Coordinating projects with FIRST Marketing and other departments
  • Contribute to weekly team meetings

Ideal candidate possesses the following strengths:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients
  • Detail-oriented with proven initiative and follow up

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in premium finance, marketing, account/client service management, or sales support
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency and experience with Salesforce.com and Adobe InDesign is strongly preferred.
