Sales Support Specialist I

Fisher's Technology is seeking a full time Sales Support Specialist to provide support to our geographically distributed sales team and customers. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and professional development and bonus incentives based on sales performance.

Outlined below is a high-level job description:

  • Develop healthy relationships with Fisher's customers and sales team
  • Engage with our sales team to support them to increase production and generate new business
  • Work with other departmental teams to ensure Fisher's customers receive our 5-star service
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience and improve overall efficiency

Examples of Specific Sales Tasks:

  • Customer service and problem solving
  • Contract change requests
  • Sales paperwork preparation
  • Customer information survey creation (CIS)
  • Sherpa data entry
  • Report creation including sales activities, call lists, competitive lease data, etc.
  • Schedule account reviews and other customer meetings
  • Provide support for printer assessments
