Training Schedule:Â Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Weekends Off
Work Schedule: Schedule ranges between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST | Weekends Off
Work type and Location:Â Hybrid - San Pedro Sula & Tegucigalpa |Â You are required to go to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays during the first 60 days of employment

The Role
PartnerHero is looking for talented folks to join our Customer Support teams. This role will be responsible for engaging with employers interested, and ensuring that their employees are aware of what they’re offering. You will be expected to contact all inbound leads quickly (occasionally even closing simpler sales), work on strategic projects and other sales reps, and assist with employee onboarding. We are interested in matching your unique skills, experience, and interests with one of our many Partners across a variety of industries including Edtech, eCommerce, Fintech, Health and Wellness, and more. What You’ll Do:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, providing prompt and courteous assistance via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, effectively qualifying and spreading up their onboarding process.Â
- Follow up on and activate leads from exploratory lead campaigns and partnerships.
- Calling down employees who have yet to engage with their benefit to ensure that they’re aware of the money they could claim.
- Gathering feedback from customers and sharing insights with the product development team to help improve our platform.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
What We Expect From You:
- Passion for bringing affordable healthcare to all
- 1+ years of prospecting in a high-volume and fast-paced sales organization
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively
- Self-starter and ability to work remotely
- Your ability to quickly ramp up your understanding of the products, value proposition, and what it will take to accelerate growth is essentialÂ
- Continuously give and receive honest, direct, productive, and respectful feedback
- Meet people where they are and apply active listening
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce is a bonus
