This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Sales Support Team focusing on Women's Health Care Globally. This position will have a group of Sales reps in the West Coast. The position serves as the internal business partner and primary point of contact for the field sales team and external customer.
What to expect:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a regional Gynecological Surgical Solutions sales teams to facilitate matters related to back-office needs and issues, such as Sales Order look up, Contract/Pricing inquiries, and more. Working collaboratively with their regionalized sales teams and managers, a Sales Support Specialist delivers value throughout the presale to order journey, leveraging their expertise to ensure that all aspects are handled in an accurate and expeditious manner while delivering a great customer experience.
What we expect:
Successful candidates will collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams to support needs of the sales team and their customers. Support the Gynecological Surgical Solutions sales team with SalesForce.com navigation, quote creation, revisions, approval inquiries and reporting. In addition to serve as the subject matter expert for SalesForce.com quoting by performing quote testing for new product launches, new hire quote training, and additional sales rep quote training where needed in the field.
Skillset:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a regional Gynecological Surgical Solutions sales teams to facilitate matters related to back-office needs and issues, such as Sales Order look up, Contract/Pricing inquiries, and more.
- Join regional meetings to set expectations for new launches, end of quarter close as well as gain feedback to elevate the sales support output.
- Take ownership and ensure a timely resolution of escalated issues that arise on behalf of the sales rep and their customer.
- Enter fax, phone, and email orders for the Surgical division into Oracle Order Management, resolving any pricing discrepancies identified.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax and email including edits to existing orders, proof of delivery, order status, sales contact information, etc.
- Ensure all auditing requirements are met via documentation attachments within the order and including necessary approvals
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Process replenishment orders for sales rep urgent use inventory on hand, perform scrub orders to remove as well as aid in managing quarterly cycle counts.
Education & Experience
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years' experience supporting sales teams
The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $47,700-$71,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
