We’re looking for a Sales Systems ManagerWe are looking for a Sales Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations Team! This person will be a key driver in the design and update of Built In’s sales technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate has a breadth of experience across the sales tech stack and can work with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure all systems are operating at an optimal level. This role will work collaboratively with colleagues and take the business lead to develop, evaluate, validate, implement, and maintain data collection systems and technology (either internally developed or subcontracted). Existing systems include: SFDC, LeanData, Outreach, LinkedIn, Troops, ChurnZero, ZoomInfo and Apollo.
How you’ll contribute- Own Account routing and optimize sales engagement platform
- Oversee user management and the development and maintenance of data management policies, guidelines
and procedures (SOPs, training manuals, etc.) and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices - Act as the SME for all data tools, Salesforce CRM, and the data integrity between applications
- Manage and maintain the flow of data between Salesforce and other sales tools
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve sales processes
- Train sales teams on new systems and processes
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admin and other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales systems
- 3-6 years’ experience in working with various sales technologies
- Strong problem-solving and critical, strategic thinking skills
- Great influential communication and the able to interact with various levels within the organization
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Experience as either 1) Certified Outreach Admin or 2) Certified LeanData Admin
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to present solutions clearly and effectively to a wide range of business leaders
