Sales Systems Manager
Job Description
As a Business Systems Manager, you'll lead development and testing, and assist with the architecture and design of the Salesforce application and integrations. Your goal is to understand and prioritize requests from cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and Legal to set expectations and efficiently implement solutions. In addition, this role will handle the data integrity within our Salesforce instance and its connected applications.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:
- Scope and build new processes to support our growing sales team (examples: Multi-currency support, CPQ software implementation, integrations with new connected systems, and rollout of additional use cases for Salesforce Cases)
- Lead the Salesforce request intake process, release schedule, and roadmap
- Work closely with the Salesforce Developers on Development Operations and planning
- Participate in UAT testing and troubleshooting in conjunction with the rest of the admin and regional sales operations teams
- Own Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, lead routing rules, and groups
- Use and maintain workflow rules, process builders, flows, and validation rules
- Lead all aspects of data quality within Salesforce by understanding the procedures that update our customer data
- Drive Salesforce adoption and optimize the user experience as well as deliver training and support
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator in a similar environment
- Solid grasp of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements and communicate them to both developers and stakeholders
- Outstanding ability to maintain Salesforce documentation and communicate at all levels of the organization
- Strong data management abilities
- Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
