The Sales Systems and Order Management Team coordinates Amplify's ecosystem of tools to bring accessible, reliable, and concrete data to its revenue operations. The Sales Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in enabling the Sales team's overall operational effectiveness in implementing Amplify's revenue stack, which currently includes Salesforce.com, Groove, 6Sense, LeanData, and Vidyard. This role will be responsible for implementing the Sales System Team's road map in collaboration with teammates and other groups. This work includes opportunities to communicate and train the Sales team and other collaborators in system capabilities and ongoing improvements. Success in this role would be evident through an increase in usage, understanding, and efficiency of the Sales Systems ecosystem.
This role reports to the Manager, Sales Systems, and Data.
Responsibilities of the Sales Systems Specialist:
  • Build and run basic reports for Sales and other collaborators in Salesforce.com, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
  • Support ensuring data quality and integrity in sales systems to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Implement territory assignment updates in partnership with Business Systems.
  • Lead and coordinate reports within Salesforce.com with support from team members.
  • Edit and coordinate Sales Systems process documentation with direction.
  • Support the creation of Sales Systems training materials and resources, including documentation and LMS courses.
  • Ability to clearly articulate to team members for training purposes remotely and in person.
  • Liaise between the business units, technology teams, and support teams as necessary.
  • Collaborate and work effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities.
  • Provide support on the implementation of current and new sales systems.
  • Handle licenses, permissions, and access for sales systems.
  • Other related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications of the Sales Systems Specialist:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com or other CRM end user.
  • 1+ years experience with a sales or marketing automation platform, e.g. Sugar, Hubspot, Outreach, Groove, High Velocity, or Pardot, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience as a sales professional or in other role supporting Sales or Marketing
  • Proficient at writing and editing processes and systems documentation.
  • Proficiency in Google or Microsoft equivalent of Sheets and proficiency in Docs and Slides.
  • Work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to travel for training and planning approximately 16 days over the course of a year

Preferred Qualifications of the Sales Systems Specialist:
  • 2+ years of professional work experience in the K-12 education space
  • Curiosity about improving industry and product knowledge through self-study, training, and experiences.
  • Understanding of Amplify's products

The gross salary range for this role is $55,200-$77,000.
