Job Duties
- Act as team lead for a group of door-to-door sales representatives in the local office, helping the district sales manager achieve market goals.
- Help your assigned team improve their pitch, hit their goals, and improve sales-to-activation conversion rates.
- Lead by example by also selling with your team and demonstrating top performance.
- Take one of the market’s assigned monthly sales goals (activation targets or lead generation targets), and create your own strategy on how you and your team will achieve the assigned goal.
- Help identify areas for improvement amongst your assigned team and work with the sales representatives on your team–and your district manager–to improve performance.
Job Requirements
- Prior door-to-door sales experience is required.
- Proven record of consistent work performance.
- Ability to innovate and help improve the local sales process.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team; prior leadership experience is a plus.
- Willingness to help train and coach sales employees.
- A desire to see your assigned team succeed.
- Able to lead from the front as an individual contributor to the sales team, as well as lead a team of sales representatives.
