In this role, you will oversee both inbound and outbound sales operations, ensuring strong execution, team accountability, and consistent revenue growth. You will play a central role in coaching sales representatives, refining workflows, and optimizing customer engagement strategies across global markets. Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily performance of inbound and outbound sales teams in a fully remote environment.
  • Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs through coaching, accountability, and process optimization.
  • Standardize and implement sales workflows, outreach strategies, scripts, and customer engagement best practices.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, live call reviews, and performance feedback discussions to improve conversion rates and sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee CRM management, ensuring data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and proper lead follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to provide operational insights, improve team efficiency, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Balance inbound lead conversion efforts with proactive outbound prospecting to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Foster a positive, results-oriented sales culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience leading or managing sales teams in high-volume environments.
    • Proven experience overseeing both inbound and outbound sales functions.
    • Background in e-commerce, startups, apparel, manufacturing, or custom product industries is highly preferred.
    • Strong expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar sales engagement tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
    • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence delivering constructive feedback and performance coaching.
    • Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a focus on execution, metrics, and operational efficiency.
    • Ability to work during US Eastern and Pacific time zones.
    • Self-motivated, customer-focused, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced remote environment.
