About the Role
JLLT's Commercial Enablement & Culture Team is looking for an intern to support our Sales Technology team across several key team initiatives.
This intern will support our sales technology stack and will work closely with our partners in IT, Operations, Marketing Technology, and Sales leadership to address challenges across our tools. You will help us research, plan, and launch key technology roadmap initiatives, ideate creative solutions, provide user training, and support metric and data analysis for designated tools. Additionally, you will help us address, research, and solution for gaps in tools or processes.
For this internship position, you should have a passion for sales, data, and technology, and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in our sales tech and processes.

- Research answers to challenges around our sales tech stack, propose ideas and solutions to improve end-user adoption of tools.
- Engage with internal customers to promote and research technology improvements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like IT, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leaders to gain a better understanding on tool(s) performance, integrations and make recommendations on future improvements.
- Provide suggestions to leadership on improving internal processes related to technology adoption.
- Assist with creating performance and tool adoption reports.
- Learn and become proficient in our internal sales enablement platform Seismic and present findings in final project during internship.
- Beginning June 2023
- Length of program runs 8-10 weeks
- Full time (40 hours a weeks)

- Establish and track content analytics and meaningful measurement across multiple platforms, providing strategies to increase usage and impact
- Work with stakeholders to analyze metrics by tool to make informed recommendations regarding improvements

Education and experience
- Be a willing learner who seeks to understand the overall concept of JLL Technologies, our brand, customers, product goals, and technology tools
- Experience or knowledge of Corporate Real Estate, Technology, or Software industries is a plus
- Understanding of basic sales methodologies, b2b sales process, technology sales cycles
- Interest and experience with back-end tool administration, usage metrics, and analyzing user behavior
- Love for data and analytics
