Job Description
ADP is hiring a Sales Tool Messaging Writer. In this position, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and developing messaging that will be used as client-facing digital outreach and talking points specific to the sales process. This position also will work closely with multiple functions, developing relationships that will drive the messaging update and governance process, ensuring that we are providing sales with the most engaging content available from the 'Sales Lens'. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of best practices in message creation, exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Expectations:
- Content writing, revisions and reviews for emails, phone call scripting, communications, and other written sales and buyer facing digital engagement content
- Understands and captures the voice of sales, buyers, and market trends
- Work within with sales enablement to align messaging with business unit initiatives
- Leverage metrics to improve the value and effectiveness of all deliverables
- Align messaging with business unit messages as well as brand and corporate marketing, while maintaining a strong sales lens.
- Develop a formal content optimization strategy for updating and modernizing sales engagement content
- Proofread content for sales enablement team deliverables
- Support and create content for sales enablement messaging and tools
- Capture content and messaging in sales messaging workshops
Skills/qualifications:
- BS/BA Preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
- 3 years of sales or sales content writing experience
- Ability to identify business challenges and key trends
- Strong relationship management skills, with ability to use insights to influence stakeholders and challenge the status quo
- Ability to use to design and measure progress and metrics, as well as proactively determine insights for process improvements
- Ability to align to business and shifting organizational priorities
- Works well under pressure, has a high tolerance for stress and comfortable with change
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills
- Ability to negotiate with internal partners to ensure the value and alignment of all content
