What You'll Do as a Sales Trainee
As a Sales Trainee at UFP Industries, you’ll be on the fast track to success. With the support of a dedicated mentor, you’ll gain hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our products, customers, and business operations from day one. We believe in setting you up for success with the skills and knowledge you need to thrive in your sales career. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn about UFP products, policies, and procedures through immersive, on-the-job training.
• Participate in essential sales and customer service tasks to build your practical skills.
• Work closely with your mentor and team to assist in sales, customer support, and production activities.
• Complete a comprehensive boot camp program to strengthen your industry knowledge.
• Travel to other UFP facilities to learn best practices and broaden your experience.

Career Path: Start as a Sales Trainee and build your career with a clear path to roles like: → Account Manager → Senior Account Manager → Executive Account Manager → Regional Sales Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for sales
• Candidate will need to have the ability and willingness to move to and reside where the company has the greatest need, with every effort to place candidates in their geographic area of interest while keeping in mind the best location for growth/opportunity

Compensation & Benefit Information: 
 
Salary Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually dependent on experience*
*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living

Bonus/Incentive Pay: Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
