Sales Trainee - Entry Level

The essence of the Entry Level Sales Trainee position is to qualify prospects, conduct product presentations and generate sales for a market-leading telecommunications provider. The Entry Level Sales Trainee will also concentrate on furthering the best practices in the areas of sales, lead generation, operations, and other crucial business functions.Â

We are seeking an Entry Level Sales Trainee to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic sales and business development campaigns for our clients. The Entry Level Sales Trainee will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty. A competent Entry Level Sales Trainee will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in increased performance.Â

Responsibilities for our Entry Level Sales Trainee:
- Develop best practices surrounding the use of business development and sales systems to drive team business objectives
- Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regards to business strategies on requested managementÂ
- Collaborate with the business development team to create new promotional sales campaigns for our varied client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teamsÂ
- Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental sales strategies and top-tier customer service
- Participate in-classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars
- Educating consumers on new services or promotions
- Further our client’s reputation by using top-notch customer service skillsÂ
- Team management and mentorshipÂ

Qualifications for our Entry Level Sales Trainee:
- 1-2 years of business development, marketing, sales, or customer service experienceÂ
- Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one’s professional skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skillsÂ
- Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
- An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships
