Sales Training and Development Specialist
Job Description

Our software is used by thousands of hospital departments around the world to automatically generate the most optimized physician work schedules to accommodate complex business rules and accurately schedule the appropriate medical provider based on their skill level, specialty, availability, and preferences.
As a key member of the QGenda Sales and Marketing team, the Training and Development Specialist will be primarily contribute to:Β
- Speed and efficiency of training and onboarding programs
- Quality and learner experience in those programs
- Supporting a growing team with varied tenure and experience levels
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in Training and Development, Sales Enablement, teaching, or related field
- Knowledge and expertise with Adult Learning methodologies
- Excellent project management, collaboration skills, and the ability to drive results
- Ability to proactively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Prior experience with an LMS and/or Content Management Systems (QGenda uses Highspot)
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with Enablement and Sales management to develop and improve onboarding speed, quality, and learner experience
- Contribute to training content design and best practices
- Collect and track training effectiveness data and performance metrics for purposes of continuous improvement to curriculum
- Establish a content review and governance process to improve quality and consistency of sales training and onboarding content.
- Lead and facilitate training throughout the onboarding process
- Contribute to LMS library as part of onboarding and other efforts
- Lead sales learning communication to maximize awareness of sales learning content and tools.
- Design and execute training in diverse formats to support different learning styles and remote work locations, e.g. in-person workshops, virtual presentations, certifications, guided role-plays, etc.
- Assist with creation and facilitation of ongoing product, sales, and industry training (weekly βlunch-n-learnβ, etc.)
- Train team on best use sales enablement materials
Travel:Β
- Trade Shows, inter-office travel, and other events, as required
- No more than 10% travel (subject to state regulations)
