 Position Overview: Â
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Training & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales and field service training initiatives and marketing activities to help drive business growth and improve commercial team performance. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for sales and marketing within the MedTech industry. Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Collaborate with commercial team to -support flawless training programs for sales and field service Â
- Coordinate and schedule Commercial Sales and Service training sessions, workshops, and events delivering an experience consistent with our brand and culture while hitting budget objectivesÂ
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.Â
- Manage training calendars, resources, materials, and schedulingÂ
- Coordinates training documentation and materials prepared by instructorsÂ
- Collect feedback and continuously improve training programs based on user needs and business requirementsÂ
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns Â
- Project manage the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital contentÂ
- Work with cross functional teams, including sales, sales training, field service, marketing, marketing communications to ensure alignment between training and marketing effortsÂ
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales training programs and marketing activitiesÂ
- Provide administrative support for sales and marketing departments as needed Â
 Minimal Requirements:Â
- Bachelor’s degreeÂ
- 3-5 years of experience in a highly cross functional, customer-centric roleÂ
- MS Office, Adobe, Captivate, Articulate/ Canva/. Camtasia experience a plusÂ
- Ability to identify training needs, and design and implement effective training and development to meet those needs.Â
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program softwareÂ
- Ability to work with Survey Monkey or MS Forms to track and report on participation.Â
- Strong Project Management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in fast paced environment, real-time environment.Â

The Annual Salary Range for this role will be:Â Â $80,000-Â 120,000Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
